Description

The lovely situated home Op é Polle, with thatched roof, is accessible via a small bridge. A Polle is namely a dry piece of land in the marsh area in the beautiful nature of National Park Weerribben. The encounter between water and land has created an indescribable beautiful nature resort in National Park Weerribben.

 

Through the many years of excavating peat for peat extraction a vast marsh area is created here; alternated with reed and hay fields. This is the home of many birds, such as the Eurasian bittern, purple heron, brown marsh harrier and Eurasian reed warbler. We advise you to bring rubber boots as it can be marshy at some places.

 

Like all our homes in this area Op é Polle is unique. In this authentic reed grower homes the open kitchen (microwave, oven and dishwasher) is next to the living room. There are two double bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with bath tub. Outside the large terrace borders a lovely garden situated on the water.

 

The water-rich location of Op é Polle is emphasised by the Canadian canoe that is waiting for you.
