Description

Situated in the special Westerkwartier you find the farm Borgbloemke in Nuis. The farm is part of the estate Coendersborch. In addition to the farm the estate consists of the adjacent imposing Coendersborch and the farm situated next to it. This farm is leased. Behind the farm and the castle you find a lovely forest where many animals live. There are many water courses, mounds, coulisse landscapes, churches and castles. An important part of this estate is made by human hands. This globally happened in two stages: by the agriculture and large-scaled peat excavations. The village of Nuis is south-west of Groningen, between the towns of Groningen and Drachten. So, culture and nature are just around the corner.

 

Borgbloemke is a head-neck-torso farm where the front home is situated across the shed. The old parts of the farm date from 1866. The home is fully restored with respect for the old, authentic parts.
