Hackfort country estate is located in the idyllic, small-scale farming landscape with a rich history, shaped by landlords, farmers and water. On the Baakse Beek in the Achterhoek you will see, apart from this beautiful castle, the patchworks of grass, farmland and forest. Unique are the thousands of stinzen plants that bloom in front of the castle in early spring.

This suite is ideal for bridal couples, but certainly also for other groups of 2 people. The suite has a spacious bedroom, separate toilet and luxurious bathroom with bathtub and is furnished with a mix of modern and antique furniture pieces. This suite has a small pantry (no kitchen). The suite is ideally suited for short stays. Behind the castle is a terrace with garden furniture for guests.

There is more activity in and around the castle than just the holiday suites. For example, there may be an exhibition in the basement, a wedding in the main hall or a cultural event such as a classical concert. This suite is located above this room. It may also be that nature work is being done on the estate. Close to the castle, in the former coach house, you will find restaurant Keuken van Hackfort, an ideal base for a cup of coffee or a delicious dinner. The communal kitchen is next to the suite; you may hear sounds from there. Of course, we try to coordinate all activities on the premises as well as possible. We do our best to inform you as well as possible about planned activities during your stay.
