ISO certificate

We are proud to announce that we obtained our ISO certificate in March 2016!

ISO certification helps to identify and optimise the processes that matter in an organisation. So it is clear for both our guests as our shareholders how we work and what we find important.

With ISO customer and customer friendliness are central. Especially our processes around handling complaints and the registration and management have been given extra attention by us.

 

Of course, we have not finished yet. We are continuously sharpening our processes and procedures and improving these where necessary.
